My name is Renne I know Max and the boys from nursery then throughout secondary school (but missing out primary school). I have memories of him mostly from Hampstead, and I do believe I fancied the pants off him for about 2 of those years!! As did most of the girls not only in my year but in the years above and below!
I remember one valentines day when I think we were in year 11 and he brought in loads of roses for the girls, I was quite disappointed when I didn't get one!
After we left school I am quite regretful to say that we didn't see each other much, and I so would have loved to have known this charming forever friendly young man that he had become. But I do have many many good and hilarious memories of him both in and out of school. Mostly in the park or the irish, most of the times I was in the park he was there and actually most of the times I was in the irish he was there too!!
As a parent I can not even begin to imagine how Victoria and Seamus are feeling or as a sister how Rachel is feeling.
I know that some people find it comforting to think that it must have been his time, but for me and a lot of others I think, it is impossible to believe that someone who had so much life in them, had so little time on this earth. it just doesn't seem right.
Renne xxx
